I had them come out and take a look at my GE refrigerator. The technician was at the door at 10.15 am and we had an appointment scheduled 10 am-12pm. It took him about 20 min to determine the problem. His quote was reasonable and I approved the repair. I was very happy that he had brand new required part in his truck and did the repair right away. He was prompt, fairly priced and competent. He was very careful and made sure that everything was in order. Highly recommended!

This is my updated review. I had them come out to repair two different appliances during this month. On both occasions they were able to arrive within 3 hours of my calls. Mike and Alex were quick, efficient and trustworthy. They gave me fair estimates and fixed my washer and the dryer right away. My experience was extremely good.
