Martin and Dominique were fantastic from start to finish. They arrived right on time and immediately got to work, carefully maneuvering the unit into a tight space without any issues. They took the time to properly level everything and didn’t just drop it off and disappear , they actually came back before leaving the building to confirm the washer was running perfectly. Really appreciate these folks! I had already had a bad experience with the service and installation process with big box and manufacturer websites and service (zero cost installs: you get what you pay for!), so I thought I'd try a local store and installers instead. They were truly excellent. Their price was the same as big box stores (even on sale), and their service was above and beyond. From walking in their storefront on Pico on Monday morning to having the washer delivered and installed on Friday morning - so fast and easy. No dealing with big companies, phone trees, and huge windows of time for delivery. Speaking of installation: Their guys were expert, super polite, super clean, and they coordinated with me to come early. The management gave me a heads up about rebates we might qualify for and let me know that downloading the LG app would get me an extra year of warranty. Above and beyond. Score one for the locals.
