Varouj really came through for my family last week! Carlos was so professional and went above and beyond to help create an affordable, efficient solution for us when my mother’s AC failed during a dangerous heatwave. The service was prompt and professional. Varouj Appliances was honest and trustworthy. Our family will definitely go back to Varouj anytime we need an appliance.

The gentleman that brought the fridge were super polite and friendly. I was nervous for them carrying that fridge up a few stairs, but they assured me and reassured me that they had it and they sure did. Not only did they bring in the fridge and install it. They also cleaned up any mess from hauling away the old fridge.

Our customer service representative Carlos was the most helpful and attentive he was on top of every single conversation and question we had regarding our washer that we just purchased from him.
