Varouj Appliances

Varouj really came through for my family last week! Carlos was so professional and went above and beyond to help create an affordable, efficient solution for us when my mother’s AC failed during a dangerous heatwave. The service was prompt and professional. Varouj Appliances was honest and trustworthy. Our family will definitely go back to Varouj anytime we need an appliance.

Our customer service representative Carlos was the most helpful and attentive he was on top of every single conversation and question we had regarding our washer that we just purchased from him. I am extremely happy with his customer service he's top of the line, thank you Carlos for all of your help you made my day. Mrs Hoffman☺️ We will continue to support our small business alliance!

Carlos was absolutely a fantastic person to work with. He made me feel at ease every time we spoke. Even as difficult as Frigidaire made this simple transaction carlos Alejo was stead fast in knowing that there were trying not to make this right. Carlos Alejo is wonderful to work with. My wish for him is that you give him a raise. Very customer friendly! He is an asset to your company!

Had such a great experience with Varouj Appliances! We got a fridge from them and everything went super smoothly from start to finish. Ted was awesome — he helped us through the whole process, walked us through all the options, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. Communication was on point the whole time, and the entire team was professional, helpful, and super efficient. Delivery was handled so carefully — not a single scratch or issue. Definitely go to Varouj Appliances!

Varouj went above and beyond to help get us a through the wall AC/heat unit that would fit our needs. I cannot express how grateful we are for the amazing customer service! Carlos really helped us out to find a unit that would match our space. The shipping was very fast across the country and the communication was top notch! Thank you so much!
