So I don’t know where to begin. Went to this establishment to purchase a refrigerator for my Mom as a gift. Had spoken to the representative over the phone and in person and had told them about a refrigerator we wanted removed and a refrigerator I wanted to purchase from him to replace the one we wanted removed. He told me the price, I picked out the refrigerator and everything seemed to be secured. Boy, was I wrong. Upon his arrival to deliver the refrigerator, upon seeing the fridge I wanted replaced (which I told him we had had for some time, the fridge was from the early 1990s), he requested more money to take the fridge because in his words “People don’t buy old refrigerators”. Now personally, I had a fridge from the 1950s that was recently restored so I begged to differ and felt somewhat confused at the additional charge but I obliged. He took the old fridge at a pretty costly amount and then replaced it with the new one. I purchased warranty as well. Well not too long after having the fridge (I’m going to say a few weeks) it started having problems. The fridge is a two door stainless steel refrigerator with a freezer on one side and a refrigerator on the other. Well the refrigerator stopped refrigerating. Nothing would stay cold. I had to call and ask for service and to get. Reply was a hassle. Finally someone came out and “fixed” it. Well not too long after that, the freezer side stopped working. Meat was starting to thaw and ice cream was melting. So I had my Mom call to request service. She called at least 5 times. Even left messages. No response. I called afterwards and got a reply that someone was going to come out and fix it. Well they came and fixed it but now the refrigerator part AGAIN is not working properly. The freezer part is now over freezing with food now having frost bite and despite my attempts to call and my Mom’s attempts to call, no reply. Case and point, we’ve only had the fridge now for a few months and it has given us non-stop problems. And do you think we’ve gotten any adequate quality service from this establishment? Think again. Never have I encountered a business that prides itself on low quality performance, lack of customer service and limited communication. Want my advice? Go somewhere else for an appliance. Anywhere else. Your money here will be wasted, abused and taken and the quality of your product will be less than satisfactory. You’ve been warned.

Came home from out of town to a dead dryer. I have a disabled mom, and we wash/dry her clothes every day. Mago’s helped me out right away! They were super friendly and reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again, if necessary, in the future..

I would give it 0 star but can't. Got a refrigerator worked afew days , the owner came to repair it he said the employees forgot to check correctly before delivering it and that the defroster didn't work..waited a week for him to get the part to return to repair it, he arrived and said that they ordered incorrect one! Sooo that he would exchange refrigerator. We got new one and again problems, more spoiled food. Got our money back. Do not shop here, careless people.

Purchased a refrigerator in May 2018. A month later it started leaking from the freezer to the fridge. Uncle came out & fake fixed it. Two weeks before the 3 mon warranty lapsed it happened again. They stood me up for 2-3 days before coming to "fix"it! I ended up having a call a repair man to actually come out & fix it properly. The uncle never actually fixed/replaced the broken piece all he did was drain the water!
