Carson and his team are excellent! I talked Carson's ear off and he was completely patient, very professional, very friendly and much appreciated. AND... did I say what great work they did? Excellent service! I also love working with Christie's Appliances and Mattress Company. They always make my experience so easy! I will continue to always buy my appliances from them. I switched from a gas stove to an electric stove and I'm so happy I did.

there is a reason Christie's ranks so high in all areas of business. they have compassionate employees who actually listen to their customers and act accordingly. we were in the middle of a family crisis when our refrigerator stopped working. they were so kind and attentive and helped us get a fridge fast! we found one that was priced lower than what we were expecting to pay and they delivered. having their own delivery staff ensures the customer gets their appliances in the timeframe stated, and installation is done by staff that knows what they are doing. this gave us the comfort of a job done timely and right. thank you Christie's!

Someone went down here to buy a new refrigerator for the house. They actually happened to have the exact model of LG refrigerator I was searching for in stock. The unit was delivered in pristine condition and the installation went off without a hitch. So far I really like this new refrigerator. It's the perfect size for the space here, and efficiently holds a plethora of produce and drink products. I especially enjoy the craft ice and the middle pull out drawer that has a customizable temperature. Hands down the best refrigerator so far. The repair guy from Christie's also fixed the broken Speed Queen washer and dryer that was purchased elsewhere. There was an annoying rattle from the washer that was improved and the dryer was intermittently failing. The control board had to be replaced I guess. I've had a better experience getting repair service from Christie's for the Speed Queen units than other providers; and there were various sent out by the manufacturer.

We purchased all new appliances from Christie’s a year ago. 7 in total. What seemed like a professional install later revealed shortcuts. An incorrectly connected refrigerator caused water damage to our cabinets and flooring. Steps skipped during oven setup led to permanent damage. While these issues were preventable, when the leak occurred Christie’s did respond quickly by sending Jesse, an outstanding technician who has been knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout multiple warranty repairs. To be clear the repairs were related to the appliances themselves, not to Christie’s or their staff. The reason for the low rating is not the service technicians, but inconsistent and misleading information from representatives and management. We were told by the service department that due to the numerous repairs done on our dishwasher that an exception would be made allowing us to purchase an extended warranty. Only to later be told in person that no such option existed. Management acknowledged the mistake and their recorded calls, but ultimately refused to honor what their team promised. In short the technicians and the scheduling team are top notch. We will continue to recommend and use Christie’s for repairs because their technicians are excellent. We will not purchase appliances from them again nor can we recommend them to others for purchases. As a working professional I know that mistakes can happen. I also believe that when those mistakes occur, we need to step up and make it right for our customers. This is unfortunately not something that Christie’s does in our experience.
