Horrible, it felt like I was in a dealership. Waited 10 minutes for a consultant to come out just to get a price and some questions. There was us and another customer which was already being helped. Then after I told Mario which product I wanted it was another waiting for him to go into a different room just to get a price? It started to take more than 5 minutes so we left. Not ever going back there again. Ferguson plumbing was much more helpful!

Please stay away from this business. We spent thousands of dollars buying supplies from this place 2 years ago for our house remodeling based on our contractor's recommendations. The purchase included one thousand dollar sink. crakes just appeared in the sink and started to leak. My wife called them as we were hoping there will be a warranty. She provided them with my name. We had one invoice included other items but not the sink. They claimed that they could not find the informations regarding buying the sink despite finding the invoice that included other items under my name . They said they can't do anything without a proof of purchase. I don't believe that reputable business would not be able to keep records of items bought by a customer especially when the amount is thousands of dollars included all our home remodeling plumbing supplies. This would have not happened if we had used places like Home Depot . I advise everyone to avoid this place that does not respect its customers .

I would give them a 10, if it was an option.Showroom displays are lovely, lots to choose from. Lady there was very nice.Guys at the plumbing counter were great. My mission was to find a kitchen faucet nozzle so I didn't have to replace the entire faucet. No easy task. Jim could have just told me they didn't carry it but he went the distance to contact Moen and find one. It involved multiple phone calls for him but saved this old lady a lot of time and money. It's the kind of thing that gets your business a lot of free exposure. Thank you all so much. I'm name dropping...BTW I was referred by Ace Hardware.
