Victor at the outlet was awesome. The installers were not just delivery man. They were professional installers with all the tools and fittings. They safety check everything. Cindera who handles delivery was excellent. And I got a killer deal on an open box range for 1/3 the list price. And they don't hide the deals, they are up front and center. All my appliances will come from Arizone Appliance and Home.

AZ Appliance and Home on Oracle provided us w super service for replacing our old dishwasher with a newer model. Ayla S. checked all the dimensions, showed us acceptable replacements and made copies of all the spec sheets. She gave us some Miele supplies they had on hand too! Ordering the replacement was easy and it arrived in about a week and was installed per their call that morning. She also went above and beyond and helped us retrieve the sliding dish holder trays from our old one that was hauled away to have as backups..we'd forgotten to take them out before the old unit was hauled away. Their price was fair and in line with or less than other vendors. I'd recommend anyone needing appliances to check out their extensive showroom and ask for Ayla.

I want to thank Conrad and Chris for the wonderful installation they provided for my KitchenAid refrigerator. I live in a home that was built in 1963 and there were a lot of skinny doorways they had to go through. They came up with a great plan outside which included removing doors and were very careful bringing it in and putting it all together. They were very pleasant. Thank you again
