Norman was excellent! He was efficient, detailed and communicated well. He was on top of getting the parts we needed quickly. It was completed all within a week (including delivery of parts.) I can't thank him enough. We will definitely be using this business again and also be asking for Norman. Thank you!

Norm was outstanding. Our Whirlpool washers Start button was stuck..even thou they do not make that part anymore Norm was able to get it loosened, lubricated it and it is working just fine now! Job well done Norm!

Very happy with this company so far! Good communication and easy scheduling. Technician Norman was AMAZING! He was friendly, SO TIDY (wore booties and gloves!), communicative, and so knowledgeable. He showed us what was wrong with our washing machine, spoke to our extended home warranty service (they suck but that’s a separate review), and sent us photos of the problem. Will definitely use them again, and request Norman specifically!

High Desert Appliance Repair did an excellent job fixing the shattered glass on my oven. Norman, the technician, was friendly, thorough, and did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, ensured the job was done right, and cleaned up everything afterward. The whole process was smooth and professional. This was my second time having High Desert repair one of my appliances, and I highly recommend them—and especially Norman—if you need appliance repairs done right.
