Dont even consider this business nobody gives a crap about. $75. Service call the guy came out spent 15 min said belt was broke. He said $205. To fix and wanted $100. Now He said 2to5 days before the belt comes in. $52. 3 weeks later no calls nothing. 😡

Absolutely atrocious service! We had them come fix a washer at my business a year ago. It took them over a month to get the part in and repair it. One month of staff having to take home laundry, only to have to pay $500, and the exact same part broke less than 1 year later. I can't believe I was dumb enough to give them another chance. They promised the part will be in by a certain date... it's been 3 weeks past that date with NOTHING. They give empty promises. I had someone else come fix the part they said was the problem within 24 hours. But guess what? Their diagnosis was wrong and that wasn't the issue! Look at all these reviews of how terrible they are, please listen to them! They will leave you high and dry with zero explanation, zero apologies, zero accountability.

Worst service ever. Scam.. Told me it would be 1200 to fix. Came and picked it up on 12/3/2024. No phone call no update for 6 months. Finally called to get status and they said the part was in and would call me right back after talking to technician to see how much longer. Never called back. Then 1 1/2 months later they call to say it's done and ready for delivery. When they get here the price went to by 300 dollars and made me pay it they would take my refrigerator back to shop. Tried to talk to someone about what happened with increase in price and wanted a discount for taking so long. They refused to even discuss our apologize for not letting me know what was going on. They are rude and I will make sure everyone knows they are horrible.

Went to get a professional detail about my washer. The woman behind the counter was very helpful after showing her the pictures on my cell. She also got a guy to come and talk to me, He told me what to do and HOW to do it properly. Great people and very honest. Had them come to our house years ago and we were very satisfied with the work and price. Excellent people to deal with. Thank you for serving us.
