My experience in store was great. However my experience with the delivery/removal came with difficulty. I paid extra for 2nd story but didn't realize my stairs (carpet) would end up saturated. Or my wall would be damaged in the process. I will follow up with Tuckers to see how they plan on making this right.

Not happy that I paid almost $1700.00 for a new Speed Queen TC5 commercial washer, and it quit working in the first 3 months. Even unhappier that it is a 3-week wait to get this washer repaired, as it needs a new motor and a new belt. Tucker's should come out and swap this bad washer for one that actually works.

I had an excellent experience buying appliances at the Rogers Tuckers for a new build in Siloam Springs. In addition to the positive buying experience, I can also attest to excellent customer service a few weeks later when I had to make a small change to my order. Seth is who helped me, but it seems that all the sales reps at Tuckers go above and beyond.

Our refrigerator went out on Christmas day! We were using 3 coolers for all of our food when we were told about Tucker's. At the Springdale location Isreal helped us so much and provided excellent customer service, but we were working with very precise measurements and didn't find the one we needed. So, we tried the Rogers location and Jo helped us. Right away we found exactly what we were looking for at a cost less than we were expecting. Five stars all around! We will definitely be back with any future needs for furniture or appliances!
