My washer quit working so I called around appliance stores and got ahold of the owner. He was AMAZING! He worked with me to get another set, delivered and hooked it up. They were respectful of my home and left everything as it was once they finished hooking it up.

I never write reviews, but Kenny at Red Tag Appliances went so far out of his way to help me that I just had to share. I live far away, but Kenny made three separate trips to make sure I had a working washer. When we realized my home's water pressure was too low for a modern appliance, Kenny tracked down an older model that works perfectly for my setup. He brought it out to me and took back the first one. Also, delivering the washers into my specific layout was incredibly difficult, but the team successfully managed it twice without complaint. It is rare to find a business that invests this level of effort into customer satisfaction. Kenny and his team clearly take immense pride in their work and are very sweet people who truly care about their customers. These days, that is a rare quality to find. Faith in humanity restored!
