We bought a brand new whirlpool gas range from them 2 weeks ago. Brought it to our cabin in soldotna, converted it to LP with the supplies that came with it. The stove worked fine, but the oven wouldn’t stay lit. It would ignite then go out. We called them and they said they will not return it. Suggested that we take it to reliable appliances as it should be under warranty. We hauled it back to Anchorage and brought it in to Reliable. They said nothing was wrong with it and charged us $191. We brought it back to soldotna, changed the propane tank, changed the regulator for the propane tank. It still doesn’t work. They said it’s our problem as reliable told them it was converted correctly and is working fine. I’m now at $1100 for a $800 oven that still doesn’t work. I have also had to credit my last 2 renters for the oven now working so that is another $260! I will never, ever buy from them again nor will I ever recommend them to any of my clients!

Delivery and install went so smoothly, the box stores could NEVER. Osi and Setu did such a fantastic job, and my laundry room is on the third floor so they really had their work cut out for them. No damages to the walls or floors, they checked for leaks and ran both machines to make sure everything functioned properly. They're always polite and even offered to take off their shoes. (disclaimer: I do work for Allen & Petersen, but I did purchase appliances and paid for delivery by our install crew, and I wouldn't praise them if I didn't mean it!)

Our Samsung over the range 1.8 ft.³ with sensor cooking microwave latch broke, which apparently is common amongst the Samsung microwaves. So we opted to go for an LG 2.0 ft.³ Wi-Fi-enabled over the range microwave. We chose Allen and Peterson because they are the local certified dealer for LG as well as having their own installers and not a third-party so if something goes wrong with the appliance, Allen and Peterson are the certified people to fix LG issues and have access to the parts needed and I can easily go there if there’s an issue rather than dealing with someone over the phone that has nothing to do with the appliance. We went on a Monday and Was approached by a very nice gentleman by the name of Garrett, who was very informative and helpful. Once we chose our appliance He made sure that we had the right space since we came prepared with measurements.they didn’t have what we needed in house and had to ship down from their Fairbanks location. It arrived on Friday and they installed Saturday morning. They send you a text an email and a phone call notifying you of the time span to which they will show up to install. Mine was 11 AM to 1 PM and they showed up at 11 AM on the dot and done by 11:58 AM. The installers were pleasant. They kept things clean. They were very professional and friendly. Will definitely buy our next appliances from this location in Anchorage Alaska.

The experience began well. Wonderful customer service and a delivery speed that made spending a higher price worthwhile. Delivery was to be 3-4 weeks. After a month, and no update I contacted the store and was told that they did not know what was going on. Then I was told it shipped on the 5th of September. And then two weeks later I was informed there was an issue with the manufacturer messing up a shipment and now it was expected in another two weeks. My issue wasn't with the delivery problem, because this happens. My issue is that no one informed me. I had to call and check, constantly, to figure out where it was. When I expressed frustration over the issue the salesman scoffed back at me when I said I would be speak with a manager if it wasn't resolved. 8 weeks later it arrived. The man at the warehouse was annoyed and rude to my husband as he picked it up. Complaining about having to get it off the container, even though they told us it was ready for pick up. Awful experience.
