Gave them 1 star only because there isn't a 0. Took a washing machine fill valve in and asked the lady if she had the part. She brought one out and said it was the same part number as mine. Took it home and installed it. It would not work Checking b the part no. It had a different letter at the end than mine. Took it back and she refused to replace or refund my money because she said I had installed it. Told her I wouldn't have installed it if I had known she gave me the wrong part. Had to by the right part somewhere else This was the 4th time I've been messed around because of this woman at this store. I will never go back and would not advise anyone to use this store. Order your parts online Cheaper and if they are wrong you get refund v or replacement. Very poor business.

I had nothing but frustration until I came to Appliance Parts and met Shannon , she stopped what she was doing and helped me find the part I've been looking everywhere for 5 stars from me and your earned a life long customer.. much appreciated Shannon you do a heck of a job and that company is super lucky to have to you on board....

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! This place is great. Shannon Vaughn is THE BEST!!!!! Shannon helped me get the correct dryer part by explaining the noise and where it was coming from OVER THE PHONE!!!! If that's not great customer service then I don't know what is. THANK YOU AGAIN SHANNON....& Appliance Parts....YOU'RE THE BEST
