Professional appointment process by phone. Technician communicated well about arrival time. Jordan was very knowledgeable about our appliance issue and had appropriate tools and parts on hand. He went an extra mile so to speak in assisting us with adjusting our refrigerator doors. I would definitely call Cullman Appliance Repair again and recommend them for appliance repair and service.

Ben did a fantastic job! He was friendly, professional, and gave us suggestions about our washer and dryer use. He checked our machine and was able to tell us exactly what was wrong; he brought the part 2 days later, installed it, and it is working great! Thank you Ben and Cullman Appliance and Repair!!

Fantastic service. The initial service call was scheduled very quickly and it took no time for Tyler to find the problem. I was notified as soon as the part came and my repair was scheduled the next business day. Before he left Tyler check that the machine not only turn on, but that it ran AND heated. Will be using them for all my appliance and HVAC needs from now on.

Jordan is great! He came over to inspect our washer that wasn't performing right, and I'm satisfied with the end result! I feel the price was fair. He was honest, reliable, professional, and he set us on the right track. Plus, with his people skills, I feel I've made a new friend. What more can you ask for?
